12oz bottle pours a clear, dark gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has malt, grass, spice, strangely some raw chicken. Flavor has soap and celery, pepper. Not good.

Lots of oxidation and some tobacco. Hazy amber pour with good head and lacing. Lots of malt. Bottle shared at tasting.

Bottle courtesy of iphonephan, thanks! Clear golden color. Aroma of summer fruit. Taste is bittersweet resin. Slightly harsh.

From a 33 cl bottle at the 2016 DC Nuplastikk tasting. Pours a clear orange gold with a thin off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of grass and caramel. Has aged surprisingly well (maybe better than the royal couple).

allmyvinyl (10723) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 4, 2015
330ml bottle from the hallowed Garvie cellars. Pours hazy amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas are herbal, orange, light mint. Taste is sweet, orange, more herbal notes. Dry finish. Held up surprisingly well.

My 4000th rating. 330ml bottle batch 001Best before 12/05/12. Nose is resin and toffee with hints of spice. Clear orange with a medium lightly lacing off white head. Flavor is very lightly bitter with toffee sweetness. Still pretty good after 4+ years. Of course it’s more s barleywine now.

Bottle. Appearance - amber and hazy with a nice fluffy head. Nose - a mixture of marmalade and iron tablets. Taste - strawberry jam and herbs. Palate - close to medium bodied with a rich sweet texture and a decent drying finish. Overall - not the sticky mess I expected it to be, ho ho!

Rated based on notes taken 11 July 2014 -- Wow, for an IPA that’s 2 years old this beer drinks pretty darn well. Oh yeah and Viagra, I think it breaks down over time. No boners for me tonight. :-(

MarkoNm (2800) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - JUL 21, 2015
Forgot to rate this one way back. Poured and amber color, topped with a decent white frothy head. Nice retention. Fruity aroma with some herbal presence. Taste starts with some sweetness, followed by a very decent hoppy bitterness.

Mooie oranje kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt honing, caramel, vanille. Prettige zoetige geur. Smaakt zoetig, honing, caramel. Tikkeltje bitter.
