COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottled;
A historically accurate beer based on the recipe devised on the 8th of February 2007.

Recreated using the finest coloured malts which provide the complex sweet malt character which initially arouses the senses. Like a fine cheese cake the biscuit base has a smooth and creamy layer that both satisfies and entices. Culminating with a delicate fruit topping of blackcurrant and tinges of citrus to refresh the participant, complimented fully by the crisp dry bitter finish.

Bought from Website. Caramel and apple and a little citrus on the nose. Sweet fudge and more autumnal fruit on the nose. Dry and bitter finish leaves a slight harshness in the throught but very drinkable english / american bitter. Nice

330ml bottle from Brewdog shop. Good sized off white head, good lacing. Clear dark amber body. Malty nose, bread, roast nuts, a little caramel. Flavour is caramel, biscuit, just a little hint of fruitiness. Medium carbonation, decent mouthfeel. Very average ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Creamy light brown head stayed well on a dark brown, still body - Looks great. Fruity, malt, honey & treacle toffee aroma. Medium to thin bodied. Soft on the palate - sharp on the back. To the fore theres malt, caramel & roast hints. This is followed by a bitter/sweet citrus back & then a long tangy finish.

May 2017 Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush as BrewDog The Physics. Pours very dark for an "amber" ale in this light its more of a dark purple with a slight ruby shade, opaque with a foamy cream head, leaving full lacing, or rather a triangle of foam mouthward. Aroma is old rose petals, bit farty, ready salted crisps. Body is light and a bit frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is Jolly Rancher sweets, sodawater, light floral notes, laundry powder, touch of coconut. But quite thin. Not a huge fan. (3.0)

Batch 170189, best before 18/07/17, aperta l'8 maggio 2017. Rossa scura con riflessi ambrati, schiuma ocra di media persistenza. Aroma di caramello, erbaceo fresco e citrico da luppolo, pane nero, leggero pepe. Al palato erbaceo fresco e caramello, finale dove permane il caramello accompagnato da pane nero ed erbaceo fresco. Corpo medio leggero, mediamente carbonata, molto beverina.
