Bottle. Dark red with a light brown head. Moderately sweet with lots of cinnamon and ginger - lots of it! Very little bitterness, but this is a very christmassy beer. daniele (9875) - ITALY - NOV 28, 2011

0.33l bottle. Not for children. A deep brown body on this one and it has a nice lasting fluffy and creamy light chocolate head that’s lacing quite heavily down the glass. The aroma has lots of spicy tones; ginger, cardamon, cinnamon, cocoa and some nice roasted and chocolate hints in here as well. Lots of ginger in the flavor and it’s lasting for quite a while. Average to soft carbonated and a light oily mouthfeel. Not to bitter and it ends dry with a everlasting spicy ginger, cinnamon and cardamom aftertaste. Not horrible to drink. Was actually baking some brownies as I drank this one and I had a little bit in the batter. They turned out quite delicious actually! brownyonder (267) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 27, 2011
Very Dark brown with a pale cream head. The aroma isn’t strong - mild coffee and liquorice plus some seasonal marzipan. Relly nice hints of cloves and cinnamon in the flavour against a background of chocolate.

Bottle @ Bir & Fud Bottega. A cinnamon and ginger bomb, nothing more. It remembers me some cake mix rather than an actual beer. The funny thing is that this beer is not even sticky, it is just bad like S***. anyway, don’t waste your money, avoid it

Aroma of cardamom and cinnamon. Pretty watery. Sweet with hints of berries to be found. A bit of a disappointment on the Brewdog scale. Neeskens (328) - SWEDEN - NOV 26, 2011
Pours dark brownish amber with a medium off-withe head. Tonnes of cinnamon and ginger, and also some sweet caramel malts. Archibaldo de la Cruz (1120) - FINLAND - NOV 26, 2011
Bottle. Dark brown colour, off-white head. Spicy aroma with roasted malt. A bit sweet roasted malt, chocolate and spicy ginger in the flavour. Light to medium bodied. ration (2281) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 26, 2011
Pours dark brown with a small head, looks like cola. Aroma rich in christmas spices with some ginger. Not too much though or the points would tank in mouth. Slightly plain palate, maybe with a bit more punch might be good. MalcolmTucker (924) - SCOTLAND - NOV 25, 2011
Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Spicy aroma that is very festive. Spicy flavours with a distinct hit of cinnamom. Ticks all the boxes for a winter ale.
