COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the Tate Modern’s 10th Anniversary. A saison style beer brewed with ginger and orange peel. Very limited batch of 4000 cork and caged bottles with a silk screened label designed by Johanna Basford. Only available at the Tate Modern.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel, fruity and spicy notes. Flavor had tea, toasted malt, caramel and spicy notes. Finished dry.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small and collapsing white head. Aroma is fruity and slight phenolíc. Sweet fruity, caramelish and mild fruity. Yeasty and slight herbal. Herbal and fruity far finish - good despite the ginger.

A clear amber colored beer, wiuth a thick foamy white head. The aroma of fruits, caramel and spices, lavender. The taste is spicy, cardamon with fruits like orange. The aftertaste is bitter and sweet.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear medium amber color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spices, fennel, ginger clove, thyme. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy - thyme, ginger, clove. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Not to my likeing ! [email protected] Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF tasting. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is nectar, fruits, some earth, mild barnyard and slightly wooden. Flavour s being quite much the same with some earthy and grassy notes.
