Intergalactic Fantastic Oak Aged Stout
The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents.

This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips.

It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2017 butla, warka do 20/11/26 (czyli swiezutka). Dlugie, slodkie, nieco przyprawowo-czekoladowo-lukrecjowe posmaki. Generalnie: ewidentnie klasa piwo i o. Chyba jestem ciekaw pierwszej warki, ktora sobie polezala juz troche :)

Rami Rami: Pumpernikel jeszcze
Rami Rami: Nie mieszac szklem na cieplo! Bo olejna wylazi!

Bottle at home. Pours black with a mocha head. Of course there is a boozy richness to this but its very pleasant, not harsh. A ton of chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, berries, oak, molasses, caramel, vanilla, liquorice. Over medium sweet, medium bitter. Full body, low carbonation.

Pour pitch black with brownish head. Aroma is bold, full of chocolate, dark fruits, sweet booze, coffee beans, roasted malts. Flavour very complex, dark chocolate, sweet maltiness, tons of licorice, slight vanilla, dry oakiness, some berries. Full body, thick creamy mouthfeel. That alcohol is soooo well hidden!!! Awesome stuff.

Ciała by mogło mieć więcej przyznam szczerze. :D

Bottle from Brewdog online. Pours an impenetrable dark black with a quickly fading brown head and good lacing. So much going on with the aroma. Theres certainly booze, with both whisky and port notes coming through. Then there are the dark malts, plums, oak, cranberry, plus citrus and burnt pineapple. The taste enhances those aromas with thick sweetness and a bitter long, long finish that is still going at the time of writing! Lots of body and plenty of booze. A real sipper and a great example of what beer can be. For once not over-hyped by Brewdog.

Bottle at home celebrating an early Xmas. Pours like oil, black and iridescent, minimal head. Huge chocolate, charcoal, molasses aroma. Big boozy, oaky, whisky, dates, dark chocolate taste. Lovely thick full mouthfeel. Bloody lovely. Kicks the original Tokyo in the nads.

Black beer, filmy head. Smells of licorice, malt, bitter coffee and fruit. Taste has all of that too. A tangy-sweet fruit hit with bitter cocoa first, earthy malt, hop, fruit, I think you get some of the woodiness in the flavour and definitely in the airy, slightly smokey aftertaste. Surprisingly and dangerously mellow after that first hit. Theres an almost whisky-esque quality to the aftertaste.
