Intergalactic Fantastic Oak Aged Stout
The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents.

This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips.

It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.
Formally 18.2 % ABV

Pitch black, beautiful big creamy dark beige head. Smell is warm and film. Lots of liquorice on a base of cacao, with fresh cheese, vanilla and leather. Hint of apple. Taste is full and oily, starts sweet but quickly over to bitter ashiness. Finish is astringent dry and smooth. Again lots of liquorice, coffee and cacao. Resin, wood, spicy. Quite bitter but balancing well against the sweetness. Mint. Delicious and quite brilliant how well the alcohol is masked.

Butelka. Barwa czarna jak smoła. Piana beżowa, niska, po chwili tworzy nieznaczącą warstwę. Aromat budzi zachwyt i uśmiech na twarzy. Można napawać się aromatem przez długi czas. Wracając na ziemie. W aromacie dębina, czekolada, karmel, ciemne, dojrzałe owoce. Dodatkowo wyczuwalny w aromacie przyjemna woń szlachetnego alkoholu. Godne polecenia.

Pitch black. Coffee colored thin head. Sourish berry flavor. Tastes wine, black roasted bread with some malt sweetness. Bread and some alcohol in the aftertaste, but alcohol is sooooo hidden and masked. Good

Powerful roasty, fruity, sweet nose with molasses, ash, roasted barley, a touch of smoke, dark fruits, tar, some coffee, and cherry dark chocolate. Ethanol stings but doesnt discourage. Carbonation just prickles. Robust, syrupy mouthfeel, almost medicinally so -- if you subjected your cough syrup to fire. The taste is bitter and residual-sugary, with fruity undertones being overpowered by roast and ash. The alcohol again makes its presence felt, but not doubly so compared to your 9% stouts. Enjoyable, in small doses.

0,33 l bottle. Pours pitch black with small lacing. Aroma is intensive, with notes of coffee, chocolate and some cognac.Taste is again powering, but not overpowering. It has thick texture and delivers a delicious mixture of coffee, chocolate and cognac with a long lasting creamy feel. This leaves a slick mouthfeel which doesnt overpower as Id thought it would, considering the abv. Overall, a great imperial stout well worth the purchase if you can afford it. This rating was based on the 16,5% version, purchased at a Vinmonopolet store in Oslo for about 150 NOK.

most inviting aroma I think ive ever experienced, wine at first followed by chocolate cherries and sweet fruitiness..lastly a caramel sweetness with coffee lingering throughout..appearance..dark,very slight brownish tan head..taste follows the exceptional aroma with added alcoholic heat and a tingle of hop bitterness at the finish..as it warms the heat and the fruity winey qualities become more apparent delicious nonetheless, somewhere between a Russian impy and a dark red wine with fruit floating in it..texture is thick a bit sticky and again warmth but not blazing hot.. and lingering finish..excellent extreme imperial stout its pricey but you must try it
