"You know you shouldn’t."
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Caramalt and Munich Malt; Motoeka (Belgian Saaz) and Amarillo hops.
A titillating, neurotic, peroxide, punk of a pale ale. Combining attitude, style substance and a little bit of low self esteem for good measure; what would your mother say?
The seductive lure of the sassy passion fruit hop proves too much to resist. All that is even before we get onto the fact that there are no additives preservatives, pasteurization or strings attached. All wrapped up with the customary Brewdog bite and imaginative twist.

rauchbier (3888) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2010
Bottle, from Morrisons Grimsby. Gold, lasting fluffy white head and good condition. Gentle sweet grainy malt and assertive spicy citric hop notes in the nose, pleasantly citric hops in the mouth with an undercurrent of melon fruitiness, becoming quite dry in the finish and leaving an assertive bitterness lingering.

Bottles at Chancey Smith’s- Poured slightly hazed gold and was topped with a bleached white cap. Predominantly citric nose has some pine and herbs, with spice and bread. Bitterness is citric, and is matched with light sweetness of a tropical nature. Medium bodied, average carbonation, with good astringency.

marcot (770) - Campomorone, ITALY - OCT 13, 2010
Bottiglia da 33 comprata a Eataly di Torino; più che una bitter somiglia a una classic pale ale, poco amaro rispetto ai loro standard, e un bel sapore erbaceo. Buona

Sampled at Brewdog dinner at beerbistro. Least favourite of the night. Pale yellow, hazy appearance with white, foamy head. Aroma is light citrus, hops, grass and grapefruit. Taste is lightly bitter with orange and honey notes.

Tried on bottle. Colour is a nice amber. Aroma is tropical and caramel. Taste is very bitter and dry. This is the "little brother" of the Punk IPA, less of everything but still a very pleasant beer for those times you want less ABV.
