Keg @ BrewDog. Clear orange brown, decent head. Wheat resin hop aroma. Dry wheat hop flavour. Citrus aftertaste. Wheat ale / IPA hybrid, typical BrewDog beer.

It pours a pale yellow colour with white head. Really fresh flavour of plums, citrus and flowers, roses in particular. Spicy, fruity taste with no bitterness. Very refreshing, ideal for roasted fish and summer in general.

Tap at Brewdog Brum. Thin, pale wheat drink. Perfectly pleasant, with a real UK feel to the flavour. Dry and a bit papery to finish. Certainly refreshing.

Keg, BrewDog Brum, 29/06/13. Amber gold with a low, dense-lacing head. Herbal, parsley-like aroma with powdery coriander, lemon and wheat. Sweet perfumed lemon puff and coriander flavour with leafy spearmint hints. Good quenching wheat.

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, malty, fruity and some banana.
Palate: Medium body. A round nice pleasant sweetness and a fresh bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Tasty and fresh mild wheat. Banana and balanced fruity.
Overall impression: Nice, tasty and refreshing.
Personal stats: On tap at BrewDog Bar in Manchester, England.

Tap at Brewdog Birmingham. Poured a clear golden amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is weak but there is a little banana in there. The flavour is medium bitter, somewhat hoppy with a little citrus fruit and some banana on the palate too. Its somewhat zesty and an interesting take on a Weissbier.

Quite an average Weiss beer. Odd for Brewdog given their take on beer usually. Nice enough but just a bit one dimensional.

Draught. Clear deep golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of banana, earthy malt, smoked ham, spices, bread and fat sweet malt. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of banana, vanilla, earth and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite nice but I miss the fennel notes.

Nice clean beer. Wheat comes through. Clear straw yellow. Had at BrewDog Bristol. Great place. Grass and cardboard.

On tap at BrewDog Birmingham. Doesnt look like a weiss but perhaps thats the point? Amber and clear. Clean, crisp taste but not much depth. If I was stuck in BrewDog all week (terrible thought) I could drink this and stay relatively sober.
