Draft pour - pours golden orange with nice medium, white, fully lasting head. Beautiful lacing. Aromas of pine, orange, citrus, and, yes, resin! Medium bodied, big orange and citrus notes, rounder palate. Nice bitter finish. One of my favorites, get it while it's hot! Nimrod979 (212) - Hagerstown, Maryland, USA - MAR 19, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy orange/bronze with a nice white head on top. Aroma was pleasant citrus and grapefruit nose. Had a pretty smooth hoppy flavor however it was pretty subdued for being considered an Imperial. I guess it’s just for the higher alcohol content. Somewhat sweet with a medium body and smooth creamy mouthfeel. Actually a really good brew if not for me expecting to have a little more flavor and hope bite.
