FROTHINGSLOSH (8142) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 4, 2016
Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy apricot color with an enormous foamy yellow-white head that towered over the glass, lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was sweet with orange, yeast, mustiness and bread dough. The flavor was yeasty and bready with notes of orange, honey, vague herbs, pepper and a bit of chalk. Long finish. Medium body. Interesting.

Bottle - Soft gold malts with a touch of spice. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Sweet light malty notes and a light sweet malty finish.

Bricks (1150) - Delaware, USA - JAN 23, 2016
Average medium blonde/brown appearance. Spicy, citrus, funky aroma. Taste is fall spices, malt, citrus. Very, very smooth beer. I like it.

BrewBoxer (2664) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 1, 2014
Sample at the food film festival/ cloudy tan brown color with a nice light Belgian taste.

kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 19, 2014
Tap, Max’s. Clear light copper body with a small frothy off-white head that faded to a thin film. Nose is very spicy and sweet with a little alcohol. The flavor is equally sweet with a heavy and lingering spiciness. Thick caramel and toasted malt, hard to pin down the spices. White pepper? Medium bodied with super fizzy carbonation and warming finish. Not sure I dig this one. I get a lot of bubble gum the more I have.

keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - AUG 12, 2014
On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Clear and vibrant leaning amber with a short lasting light tan head.
Aroma: Orange marmalade and saffron come through, perhaps ginger and clove. The aroma is mild and pleasant.
Taste: Hints of orange up-front lead to a clean malt base with cinnamon and saffron noted on the finish, though not pungent. Clean with some pilsener malt noted.
Palate: Medium bodied, mild in carbonation.
Overall: Not bad, but lacking character. I would be disappointed with this if I bought it, it doesn’t stand out at all.

GenDV138 (7702) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - AUG 11, 2014
4 oz draft pour at World of Beer in Baltimore. Clear light amber to golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, herbs, spices, orange peel. Tastes of herbs, spices, citrus. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation.

closey22 (2101) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - JUL 10, 2014
Clear bright amber with thin foamy lacy offwhite head; aroma is sweet hint of yeasty; flava is sweet fruity berry and dryly spicy; feels medium to light slight fizz; finishes dry grassy bitter

solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUL 10, 2014
Definitely has a dose of cardamon, but not so much cinnamon or saffron. Amber pour with ok head and lacing. Floral yeast. Light bitter finish with some sweetness. Tap at brewpub.

nuplastikk (6453) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 10, 2013
750ml five dollar bottle at Maxs..suspect age. Super hazy unfiltered orange, copper. Big, frothy head. Big on the spice overload. Herbal, flowery, ect. Champagne carbonation is nice, but this beer is sort of unrefined, big and brutal. The carbonation is a little too gushy, maybe mildly infected? A classy spice bomb.
