Rich hazy golden and orange coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light yeast, coriander seed, breatd, hay, grass and a noticeable amount of pepper and other light spices. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong yeastie and hay/dry flavour of malt and some subdued bready and bitterness flavours. Aftertaste shows some of the peppercorn spice, a touch of the grain shows through, a little sweetness from honey and finishing with a mellow complexity and dose of body. Overall, a nice rich beer that shows a lot of flavours and richness along with an easy-to-drink feel, not typical for the style. I sampled this fourteen ounce pour on draught at Farmers, Fishers, Bakers in Washington, DC on 05-February-2017 for US$10,00. ben4321 (6510) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - SEP 1, 2015
750 ml bottle from State Line, 9/1/15. Total gusher, probably lost 2 ounces on the floor. Hazy yellowish-orange color with a rather fizzy head. Lots of vegetation comes through with the strong (and expected) peppery flavor. A bit of the yeast profile and fruity profile of a tripel come through, but, at the same time, you might not call this out as specifically an example of the style. Decent, solid, with a nice mouthfeel, but not a favorite of mine. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 27, 2015
Poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma was of light candy sugar, light peppercorn, yeast. Flavor similar, a little sweet and.boozy and weird. Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 14, 2015
Golden yellow pour with a white head. Floural aromas. Light pepper but not crazy because of thenpink peppercorns. Taste is sweet. Very unique. GothGargoyle (2587) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 28, 2015
Golden with a nice pale head. Aroma is honey, apricot, caramel, booze. Medium-full bodied, lightly spicy and boozy on the palate. Medium-full bodied, nicely balanced palate, slightly spicy finish. Taste is apricot, honey, spice, peppercorns.

Good stuff. Perfumy, with good florals. Some coriander. Not a huge amount of pepper here. Light sweet finish. Bottle. slowrunner77 (12051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 27, 2014
"nice combination of pepper and peachiness on the nose. a little fruitier, yet drier, than a standard triple. well balanced between the two and quite quaffable despite being so unique. would pair well w/steak or white fish." tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - SEP 21, 2014
Bottle: Thanks, Kevin. Sunshine yellow body with good clarity & a foamy, off-white head; lightly soapy. Aroma of sweet Belgian yeast esters, apples, pears, mild peppery spice (from the yeast, likely), faint toffee, bread, a touch of plum-y sweetness, & some mild clove. Not much explicit "peppercorn" though. Bigger Belgian yeast presence on the palate, too. Gummy yeast, doughy bread, clove, zesty spice, white pepper, banana taffy sweetness, mild plum, toffee, a hint of mint & very timid phenol notes. Medium-thick body, semi-chunky. While I don’t get much "peppercorn" outside of the typical peppery spice induced by the yeast, I still thing this is an extremely solid tripel. Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate apple, fruit, citrus, cotton candy, and a touch of orange peel. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a small off-white head that fades to a thick film. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus, light apple, and Belgian yeast. The finish has orange peel, light florals, pepper, and a touch of peppercorn. Overall, it’s a solid Tripel, but I don’t get much peppercorn.
Pours a hazy gold with big white head. Nose of peppery & spicy very pungent booze, belgian yeast. Flavor is peppery malt, belgian yeast, med bitter, boozy spice on the finish.
