Draught. Pours cloudy yellow with a pretty good head. Ample orange and coriander are present in the aroma along with a very husky scent. It’s not a bad wit, really. Plenty of grains, crackers, and sweeter citrus character are present. This is rather light, but good on a hot day. NicerInPerson (337) - North of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - JAN 15, 2008
The aroma was coriander and orange with a wheat presence and a zesty and spicy nature. The beer arrived cloudy pale yellow with a frothy white HUGE head which couldn’t help but lace the glass from top to bottom. The flavor was bready and slightly yeasty and filled with wheat. Orange peel was notable but was subtle and understated as was the coriander flavor. Very refreshing and never offensive. The finish was dry with a long lasting wheat flavor into the aftertaste. The body was almost medium with a moderate level of carbonation and a creamy texture on the palate. Very easy to drink, but missing some complexity in the flavor. Pint at the brewpub.
