COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A mass-market brewery simply could not make a beer like this. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bursting with flavor, it has phenomenal body and freshness. Hazy to the eye, and full on the palate.

6 week brewing time. Barley, yeast, hops and water.

hazy golden colour with thic, rich white head, nice aroma of malt, hoppy, fresh, nice sweetness , hints of citrus, bitterness is just fine , just as carbonation . It leaves a realy smoot taste. there are also some hoppy flavours that completes the whole picture, GREAT BEER!

Bit weat in aroma! Looks perfect thick foam. Tastes sweet and slightly sour. Simple but long-term relationship.

Live rating: 330ml can served cold in a half pint glass. Slightly hazed yellow body with a white mousse of head fading to a skim. Smells of grass and lemon. Packed with fresh flavours, mainly biscuity cereal, and refreshing lemon. Medium bodied, tangy, nice smack of bitterness in the finish. I could sink a few of these.

Refreshing lager, no particular aroma to speak off, cloudy unfiltered appearance, easy tasting very easy on the palate, a session beer of note, nothing like the usual bland mass produced industrial lagers

Schaum: fein, recht smig. Farbe: trb, ocker. Sehr trinkbar. Kein Lager, zumind geschmacklich was Eigenes.

20100515 Sampled at PilsnerPeters 2nd Annual Spring Gathering. Who brought this, EDA? I really liked this beer, so no doubt Ill never see it again. Tart, yeasty lager that reminded me of Gose. Sourdough bread flavors, doughy aromas. Slick mineral late, a vinous, limestone quality. Some nice lemony tartness. Would make a very nice session beer.

One of the first premium beers of the trip and for some reason the first picture i took of the trip... Aromas of crisp hay and cereal .. looks fantastic, great head and very good lacing .. quite a simple beer- cereal and hay follows into the mouth .. light creamy mouthfeel .. extremely well made .. im happy that damn fence is gone oma..

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2016 Really very good, probably the best lager I tried these years. Grey yellow and murky with white top. Interesting and unique quince taste with nice bread flavors, hops, barley, tart and superb robust aroma - those qualities are forgotten among lager beers long time ago. Very good body and carbonation. Special and kind of nasty. I love it.
