COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beers are generally regarded as starter beers for most folks. Our (864) offering is designed with everyone in mind. It’s broad, effervescent, loud and offensive… Hmm. That sounds a lot like Will. This wheat beer carries the classic old-world tastes and aromas of bananas, clove, and yeasty goodness.

Sample at the "HOOOOFFHEEARRTTTTEEDDDDDD!" tasting on 11/09/2015. Cloudy straw color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Banana, spice and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of doughy malt, banana and cloves. The finish is wheaty with a short fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2015 On tap at the brewery taproom.
Cloudy, yellow body with a head that only makes a brief appearance. The quality of the aroma is mild for style but with less banana and clove it is more appealing than many other witbiers.
The flavor is fairly well balanced, Yeasty bread notes and fruity notes dominate.
Medium-light body with medium carbonation.
