Draft sample. Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour flavor with a medium sour finish of moderate duration. Interesting good beer. b3shine (8874) - Indiana, USA - OCT 21, 2014
Draft to mini-snifter (given out by Brewery Vivant) at their Wood-Aged Beer Fest on 10/4/14. Abv is listed as 4.05%. Looks good; a hazy lighter gold with foamy white head. Smells solid; tart and oaky with a touch of spice from the Belgian yeast. Tastes like it smells with a bit of wheat as well. SOlid on the palate. A nice take on the style. firstsip (733) - Michigan, USA - JUL 30, 2014
Tap at Michigan Brewers Guild Summer Beer Fes. Clear dark gold. White foam that quickly dissipated. Sour nose. Tasted light and pleasantly funky and sour. bigtaster (979) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 21, 2014
Semi clear very small and head yellow color. Clove floral notes, sour notes. Body is light, sour from start to finish, not really a Weiss beer, just a soured wheat. Enjoyable soured beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy pale gold with razor thin white head (which is a lot for a Vivant beer). Notes of oak, clove, solidly tart. Atom (2455) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 10, 2014

On tap at FoBAB 2013 (Chicago, IL). Pours a nicely hazed golden straw hue, gentle haziness. Some nice frothy whitish head atop stays as a mellow ring, sticks around and laces ok. Aromas are gentle Belgian yeast, mellow spice, estery fruit. Touches of lactic acidity are lemony, some subtle crab apple, flaked wheat and bread dough. Touches of yogurt, oak. Initial is a bit spicy, Belgian yeast and touches of fruity ester show some pear, lemon and apple. Decent tartness, apple, pear, gentle clove and Belgian yeast. Subtle oak, funk. Dryness, crisp bready elements. Some tartness funk, and oak. Nice stuff, a bit bland the Belgian yeast does some work. SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 17, 2013
