Can. Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and dry grass aroma. Lightly hazy pale yellow with large white head. Lightly sweet lemon biscuit malt and moderately bitter coriander and dry hay flavor. Nice body. A very nice wit on the drier side. weihenweizen (4208) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - DEC 7, 2015
Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a weizenbock glass. Hazy deep golden with medium white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is light citrus, light body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is light citrus and coriander. Descent wit. SG111 (2143) - New York, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Canned. Pours clear deep tinged yellow, of course, big white head. Brian yeast, esters, clove, banana, wheat. Flavor is lemon, clove, wheat. Pretty crisp and dry. Nice. Not spectacular but good. Patrickctenchi (6809) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JUL 27, 2015
Pours nearly clear, pale, yellow-gold with a soapy white head.
Lemon zest, wheaty aroma.
Taste is lemon/orange, wheat malt..light spicing.
Fairly solid, but not as bright as I prefer. bigtaster (1038) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAY 21, 2015
From a can into a wine glass. Slightly cloudy pale orange yellow color with very bubbly head that quickly disappears. Nose has lots of oranges, some lemon, hints of coriander. Light body, sweet, lots of carbonation, slight hints of sourness and bitterness. Almost champagne like, easy to drink, delicate flavors, enjoyable.

Sampler flight on tap at the brewery (Grand Rapids, MI). Pours a nice glowing deep golden yellow hue, firm glow, bright and vibrant with a mellow haziness that grows. Frothy offwhite head stays as a filmy layer, laces ok. Aromas present gentle flaked wheat, mellow bready and straw element. A twist of orange, mellow yeast, faint coriander. Clean and enjoyable. Initial is lighter bodied, a gentle orange element, light lemon, touch of grass. Mellow bready and crisp feel, clean light malt body. Gentle citrus, some dryness, gentle straw. A bit of fruit, some gentle coriander into the middle and backend. Mellow straw, some dough, some crisp cereal elements. The orange comes and goes, mellow but a good compliment. More clean and sessionable at it’s pleasant 4.7 ABV. Mellow citrusy vibe throughout, not heavily spiced like a lot of overdone wits. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. A bit of a different simplistic vibe. I dig this though. It’s not a spice and coriander bomb. The citrus is there, but I’d like a touch more. Pretty damn clean. Solid. But not as memorable for me. At the brewery, pale yellow and cloudy pour with a white head, aroma is yeasty and lemony with a nice back end, refreshing and good! wmubronco1992 (709) - Coldwater, Michigan, USA - SEP 6, 2012
Draft - part of sampler flight at Brewery Vivant taproom. Pours a light yellow. Mild banana aroma. Flavors of banana, cloves, and ditrus. Don’t usually get excited about wits these days, but this one is pretty nice. Very enjoyable and would certainly drink again. Silphium (3224) - Traverse City, Michigan, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Draft at Brewery Vivant, Grand Rapids. Cloudy light yellow-brown body, medium dense creamy off-white head. Nose of banana and light spice, estery. Caky, estery, light body with light spice, but mostly banana and citrus peel, subtle yet refreshing. A nice session wheat. drdisque (899) - Illinois, USA - JUN 18, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy light yellow. Flavor is very muted and almost flat. Hints of citrus but again, they came off very flat. I like this style but I feel this was a poor execution.
