Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a cup. Clear amber with small beige head, medium body, low carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is caramel and tart fruit. drfabulous (8590) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - OCT 21, 2017
500 ml bottle thanks to Matt. Deep red almost brown with upfront tartness and fruit and then sweetness. piraat83 (21) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - SEP 2, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 2, 2017 Carmel brown color very thin white head. Crisp almost cidery flavor. I can definitely taste a sour mash like flavor. This beer is also a bit hoppy. A lot going on. Overall a very interesting brew JPDIPSO (6287) - Wauwatosa, USA - JAN 30, 2017
Amber color with a light ecru colored, tall head and heavy lace. Sweet aromas, with tart cherries and light fruit, whey, light yeasty bread and hints of an orange dreamcicle. Sweet start, with some caramel and pale malts. Sweet tart middle. Finish has some bark and bitterness that is not very inviting. I’m not sure how this one will develop. 12/12

Thanks Joel! Poured a cool shade of fiery medium orange.. toasted khaki head. The aroma picked up a blend of redder fruits and a bit of honey laced with funky Brett and white spices.. lots of richness to the Brett. The flavor opened with tangy oak and fruit skins, with rich fruity meat, honeysuckle, and light molasses behind.. dried floral and fruity Brett throughout.. very dry, spicy, and Bretty on the finish. Medium-bodied and dry as mentioned on the palate.. good feel and well-balanced.

Can from flandersned-thanks, Steve! Amber brown, loads of carbonation as you’d expect. Overripe pineapple predominates the nose and taste. Solid but simple. GlassBrass440 (321) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 17, 2014
Copper red, ruby when held to the light. Quickly receding white head. crystal clear. Nose is of Brett, caramel, horse blanket, mineral. Whiffs of bread. Oxidation. Alcohol as it warms. Taste is rounded and smooth. Sweet caramel up front, dry finish. More alcohol as it warms. Oxidation. Sour cherries? zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - DEC 4, 2014
(draft @ HopCat - Grand Rapids, MI - 2012 vintage) Orange/copper pour with a thin white head. Dry aroma with some mild spice and a very light funk. Flavor wasn’t sour at all. Dry and a bit tart but not much in the way of sour. More barnyard/bier de garde flavors. fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - SEP 1, 2014
just about as perfect an example of a brett beer as could be imagined. i was this all the time.
