Can from Michael. Leftover from RAT XIV. Pours a straw yellow with big white head. Loads of foam when I opened the can. Gusher. Aroma is hay, lemon rind, musty. Taste is slightly sweet, some lingering sourness near the finish. Slight lemon. Very dry. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 13, 2014
Draft at Green Well. Pours a cloudy pale gold with very thin head that quickly diminishes. Aroma of hay mostly. High carbonation, slightly tart. Not bad but certainly not in the same ballpark as the Tired Hands beer that had a similar name and they sued them over. Modularman (133) - - JUN 7, 2014
Smell of citrus and funk, appearance is cloudy gold with thin white head, taste is hay and sour funk with high carbonation and dry finish. jordinc (105) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Really enjoy this beer. A bit funky, definitely in keeping with the farmhouse style. Great French saison. SHIG (4956) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - MAY 29, 2014
Can at Culmination Fest: Poured yellow straw color with white head. Aroma is funky barn yard and soured grains. Taste is bland and not impressive.

Golden straw color with a white head. Aroma and taste are both a solid mix of lemon, grass, light hops and malts, and Belgian yeast. Very crisp and light. Very nice beer. hotstuff (5140) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 30, 2014
Rated on 02-07-2012. This canned beer has a medium sized very fizzy white head with a short retention, transparent pale yellow body, lively, fizzy, fast rising carbonation, and virtually no lacing. The aroma is bready malt, yeast, sweet, lightly fruity, lightly spicy, and a suggestion of pepper. The flavor is lightly sweet, yeast, wheat, bready malt, some citrus, lightly fruity, and has a short dry finish. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this is an easy drinking beer. SimsSydney (17) - - APR 27, 2014
LOVED this beer. Has a slightly sour taste that is appealing to me. It has a slight citrus flavor to it with a very citrus like aroma. It is a bit hazy in appearance when poured. I really enjoy the packaging and all that is included on the Brewery Vivant cans.
