16 oz. can. Aroma of strong citrus and pine hops, resin. The hops are along with a strong belgian yeast push, lots of fruity esters and mild spiciness. Flavor is good. Strong, bitter, lots of pine hops intertwined with yeasty spiciness. Lots of fruity esters come off from the yeast as well. Full bodied, finishes bitter and fruity. Pretty solid from this brewery. ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 24, 2011
A - Pours a clear copper-orange color with a big layer of frothy off-white head atop. The head fades down slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of Belgian yeasts and some sweet caramel malts with a bit of citrus hops taking the back seat. Overall, a bit weak.
T - Starts off with some nice sweet caramel malts and Belgian yeast. The hop flavor is very mild at the start. Through the middle, the citrus hops get a bit stronger with a touch of bitterness coming through as well. The yeast also gets a bit deeper and more bready. The finish is a mix of some light bitterness, a bit of sweet caramel malts, and some bready yeast flavor that lingers.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer feels fairly smooth and crisp. The bready yeast flavor really lingers for quite a while.
D - Very drinkable. The beer feels a little off balanced with the hop flavor really not standing up next to the strength of the yeast and malts. I like the depth of the yeast flavor, and just a bit more hops could make this a winner. NachlamSie (3568) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 10, 2011
Can brought back to me from Siciliano’s. This is a pretty decent hoppy Belgian because the hops save it. The aroma doesn’t promise much, but the flavor has ample citrusy bitterness to mask some of that sticky,clove-like yeast. I actually preferred drinking these from the can as the aroma is merely sweet and a little like a basement, so I was okay not smelling it every time I took a sip. I thought this beer is better than the score warrants, but not so passionately that I’m annoyed by the low markings. Strykzone (7659) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - OCT 7, 2011
16 oz. can bought on a trip to Michigan. This has a huge fluffy off white head that leaves powdery lacing. The beer is clear amber. I smell pine and citrus hops with some caramel malt and spice. This beer is hop forward especially with that citrus. Floral notes. Some yeast is tasted but it is subtle as is spice. Caramel flavor and some toast. At the finish spruce lingers on the tongue. Good. alexsdad06 (10803) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - DEC 21, 2011
16 oz. can from Tmoney99. Pours a clear amber color with a large fluffy off white head that leaves consistent lacing. The aroma has caramel sweetness, hops are fruity and a touch on the spicy side, some yeast is noticeable. The flavor has some sweet malts and yeast that are in line with a Belgian ale. The hops kick in mid palate through the finish and add some fruit character leaning toward citrus and mild bitterness. Finish has some lightly toasted bread.

On tap at brewery, pours a clear dark orange amber with a off white head, the aroma has a decent amount of hops and some belgian yeast, the flavor has some citrus on the front end with the belgian yeast coming through in the finish, pretty well balanced, not bad. Pours clear dark yellow with foamy off-white head. Aroma Belgian yeasts with citrus hops, some sweet light fruits. Taste sweet malts and Belgian yeasts, spices, light fruits. Finish mostly pine and citrus hops. Palate medium body, carbonated, very slight stickiness.ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - APR 15, 2012
I am not a big hop lover but this was pretty well balanced and a refreshing beer.
Herbal and slightly medical nose with light honey malt. Really quite hoppy, has to be hallertau, malt is a bit dull, really the only detracting point. Solid. JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAY 25, 2013
Sample at Brewery Vivant on 3/29/13. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma of malt, earthy hops, pepper and banana. Malty flavor with some sweetness and peppery character before a grassy hop finish. zgaier (1962) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 23, 2013
Pours dark orange with a beige head and aroma of citrus, grass, and yeast. Taste is bitter sweet, citrus comes trough with grass and floral notes and the Belgain yeast with a bitter, dry finish. Very drinkable, solid brew
