16oz can thanks to BMart. Nose is huge plumy, grapy, moderate booze. Purple ish highlights on a deep ruby pour minimal off white head. Taste is similar. Very syrupy in a good way. JaBier (8490) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - AUG 28, 2015
Can shared by a friend. Clear copper pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of bourbon, maple, caramel and banana esters. Sweet caramel and bourbon flavor with some banana before a sweet finish. Tmoney99 (15312) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Draft. Poured clear ruby color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex dark caramel and vanilla woody alcohol aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations were met with a solid brew. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - JUL 24, 2015
On tap: The aroma consists of big dark fruits, caramel, raisin, vanilla and and bourbon. It’s a hazy amber with a small off-white head. The flavor starts with dark fruits, candi sugar, and raisin. The finish has vanilla, oak, and light bourbon. It’s medium-full bodied with mild carbonation.

16 oz. can from a trade with cajzr8, thanks a lot Chuck. Clear ruby color without any head. The flavor and aroma are spot on a Belgian Quad, dark fruit, candy sugar, raisins, dates, caramel, English toffee. The flavor also has a mild addition of oak in the finish. I don’t really pick out the bourbon however, the base quad is very nice.

Mouthfeel is more of the fuller side, with a sticky sugary texture. Sweet but not cloying. The yeast also comes out slightly. This by far is the best brew I have sampled from this brewery.
16oz can shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Pours medium red brown with just a hint of beige head that falls quickly. Aroma is caramel, date, fruity esters. Flavor is banana, caramel, date, fruity esters and just a hint of bourbon and oak. Very mild barrel treatment is a good compliment to the base quad. rodenbach99 (4571) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - APR 6, 2015
EBF 2015. Une belle robe acajou. Un nez très vanillé avec des fruits secs. Une bouche digne des ABT avec du sucre roux, de l’alcool. En final la bière laisse une impression d’alcool et de bois. TheBear11D (365) - Michigan, USA - MAR 31, 2015
16oz can poured into a Trappist glass.
The Wizard Burial Ground pours a lovely fairly clear (if not for the shade) burgundy with a somewhat thin creamy beige head that lasts for a while. The aroma is bourbon, vanilla, oak and dark fruits. The flavor features vanilla up front followed by bourbon with oak and dark fruit in the finish. Overall this is a very nice brew. weihenweizen (4358) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - MAR 29, 2015
Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a Trappist glass. Clear red with small beige head. Aroma is sweet bourbon, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and some small bubble lacing. Taste is malty bourbon, butter scotch, some dark fruit (mostly raisin), and vanilla. Quite flavorful and alcohol is pretty well covered. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 25, 2015
