Hazy mid amber orange with a small white head. Sugary nose, tastes of orange marmalade, quite fullers like in a way, slightly pithier and longer finishing. Tad too sweet for my tastes!

On tap at Crowbar, july 2nd 2013. Hazy orange body, big vanishing white head. Fruity hops, caramel, bread and pine in aroma, dry herbal taste, with oranges and clove. Quite nice, though it doesn’t seem to be a lot of rye used here. Dry finish with a good bitterness, and a grassy and fruity aftertaste.

On tap at the Black Sheep, Dublin. Hazy deep copper with thin white head. Plenty of blood orange, sweet tangerine, caramel and spicy rye notes in the aroma. Really juicy orange in the taste, plenty of rye bread spiciness too. Fairly deep caramel and a bit of pithy grapefruit in there. Semi-sweet finish, but with a decent citric bite. Lingering spice and orange. Good stuff.
