UPDATED: NOV 24, 2014 Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, tropical fruits, fruit yoghurt, grapefruit. Bitter flavour, malts, tropical fruits. Bitter finish, yeast and malts. Not your typical Saison, feels like it is a hybrid with American IPA. I quite like it though.
(draught @ Zwanze Day 2014, Moeder Lambik Fontainas)

Draft @ The Wharf in Aalborg with DroolYeast. Hoppy and citrus aroma. Hazy bright yellow appearance with tiny head. The taste starts of with citrus and turns to a long lasting heavy bitterness. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation. Long sweet and bitter finish.

Palme (4780) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 28, 2014
On tap @ Borefts 2014. A cloudy straw yellow golden looking one this, with a small lacing quickly sidesticking bright white head. On the nose it has lots of nice citric tones. Grapefruit peel, brett, saison yeast and hay. Quite a fine aroma indeed. Refreshing flavors also. Wheat and hay combined with lots of nice zingy citrus peel. Mainly clementine, also some grapefruit. Feels thick oily in the mouth and it’s comfortably carbonated with a soft prickling carbonation. Some bitter grass also here. Yet another one I could drink lots of. 27.09.2014

Láhev 330 ml. Aroma je kvasnicové s příjemný nádechem koriandru a čerstvě vymačkané pomerančové šťávy. Pěna je Bílá, nízká, jemná a nedržící. Barva samotného piva je žlutá a kalná. Chuť má příjemný nádech různorodých citrusů, obalených sladem a kořením, připomínající koriandr, finiš je poměrné rychle nastupující, bylinně hořký, výrazný a držící. V ústech pivo působí plně, má střední říz a je dobře pitelné. jedná se o velmi zajímavý a chutný saison.

danielecamo (839) - ITALY - OCT 23, 2014
