Bottle share at Chriso’s for Kenny’s 20K. As ’Brewfist Burocracy IPA’, 6%. Hazy dark orange, very big foamy tan head, light lacing. Aroma is toffee, musty fabric, flowers. Body is light, quite foamy, soft carbonation. The taste follows the aroma - toffee malts, drying flowery hop resin. Not bad.

Scopey (14501) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 20, 2016
Bottle at ChrisO, during Kenny’s 20K celebrations. It pours hazed golden - amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is toasted grain, bitter - sweet, apple, citrus peel, lemon sherbet and sour pear. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, earth, wood, toasted grain, light spice, cereal and citrus fruits with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A simple, but not unpleasant ipa.

I’m a great fan of the IPA’s of Brewfist. They seem to be constantly refreshing with a nose for good hops. Just as this Burocracy. It has a firm texture and a great bitterness to it.
