[email protected]’Piousse - black beer with a persistent beige head; nice lace, toasted and gently chocolatey, notes of licorice and black cherries; full-bodied, light astringent and fairly bitter; hints of cacao, yeast chestnuts and brushwoods
I drank this beer at the tap, pibar, Lausanne. It is a good one. The color is deep black and brown foam and consistent. There is a strong side of coffee and bitter. I took the observation of bov and we could notice a side of liquor and the hop is present but not too strong. It was a good experiance
