København. Deep golden to pale amber. Snowy white head. Moderate hop aroma, earthy and leafy and some fruitiness. Also a whiff of biscuity malts. Bold hop bitter taste. Resinous with earth and leaf notes. A pleasant fruitiness is noticable when the beer warms up. Dry, light sourish malt body. A certain astringency on the palate. Lingering hop bitter ending. Good stuff.
Hazy amber with a small white head. Fine fruity hop aroma with malt in the background. Fruit and citrus flavour with a sharp bitterness. There is a smokey or husky touch in the finish which doesn’t really suit the beer. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 24, 2010
On tap at the brewpub 8/29/09: Pours a transparent light orange bronze with a well-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy grapefruity hops and a light malty sweetness. Has a fairly full body with a nice amount of pale malty sweetness and fresh grapefruity flavor and bittering hops before a drier, bittersweet finish with a hint of citric tartness. A pretty decent IPA with good hoppy character. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 26, 2010

Hazy blond color. The citrusy, fresh, floreal hop aroma is a pleasure; light chamomile too, very light yeast (it’s a signature tonight). Good crispy malt flavor, suddenly replaced by the strong hopping, bitter and mostly aromatic, gently citrusy, mildly resiny. Long final, more resiny than citrusy then, and quite dry. Wonderful Golden Ale.
Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. >Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. OK. saxo (19270) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2010

Pours hazy yellow-golden with a nice, staying, medium, creamy yellowish head. Aroma is mild, light herbal, piney, malts and oranges. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely malty at first with a serious hoppy kick. Crisp, grassy, piney and quite bitter as well. Good lingering bitterness. Fine English IPA.
Draught at brewpub. Hazy orange, tiny white head. Grainy and exotic fruity nose, little resin. Flavor is more of the same, grapefruit, grass and citric peel. Strong long bitteness, yeast cuts down some crisper edges. Medium bodied, little slush like palate. Pretty straightforward, but enjoyable standard IPA.
