Draught at Brewpub.
This beer was infected and sour. Not much bitterness. Too thin and buttery. I can’t believe they sell infected beer! LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 6, 2005
Draught at BrewPub København. The best of the four BPK beers I tried. Dark golden/amber colour. Hoppy and fruity aroma with grape. Flavour is based on a very solid maltiness ending in a nice bitter finish. veronika (410) - SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2005
Golden, small head. Aroma from grape, oranges and hops. Perfume flavor, hoppy and with grapefruit. Perfume and soap in the finish. rlgk (18843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 30, 2005
Shiny golden with a creamy white head. Nicely balanced hop aroma with citrus and grapefruit. Very hoppy and bitter dry flavor with some perfume. Almost like an american IPA when I first tasted it. Hoppy bitter finish with some soap. Very good. FrkAabenhuus (147) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2005
Draught. Dark golden colour, with a white head. Sweet malty, hoppy nose, with notes of caramel. The flavor is hoppy and dry with a bitter finish. Could use more hops.

Draft @ the brewpub. Orangey/golden colour. Off-white head. Strong hoppy aroma with notes of malt. Flavour is hoppy with a long bitter finish. Ungstrup (38856) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2005
A clear amber beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy - cascade, combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is very dry with notes of toffee and nuts, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end. I need more hops - more bitterness. sunevdj (4143) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2005
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2005 On tap. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a dissappearing head. Very dry and bitter ale. Medium sourness. Rather mellow hops aroamas with some maltyness. Nice CO2 level. Long bitter hoppy finish. A bit too mellow - lacks in boldness. Jeppe (2634) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - JUN 10, 2005
Draught at Brewpub København.Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2005
Clear amber colored, fine white head. Fresh and weel balanced hoppy and fruity aroma with some yeast hiding in the background. Burned grass and hay flavor with a good hoppy bitterness and hints of toffee. Long bitter fruity end. Drinkable but odd from the burned taste, which doesn’t really suit an IPA!
This was my second attempt of getting Brewpub-beer. Last week when I went there, all the beers were sold out, and they wouldn’t get any more untill the brewmaster turned up. Which unfortunately she didn’t do, while I was there. But this time I was lucky. Good sturdy head and a pleasantly looking amber/ copper color. Bitter and spiced flavor. Palate is dry but a bit sweet as well. Quite interesting IPA, but not mindblowing.
