50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber/orange with a huge creamy light brown/orange head. Aroma is cascade hops in big doses, mild maltiness beneath. Flavour has the same, nice blend with a solid malt base. Dry floral finish. Ungstrup (38489) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2005
A clear amber beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy - cascade, combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is very dry with notes of toffee and nuts, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end. I need more hops - more bitterness. joergen (29234) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2005
Draft at DBF 2005.
Clear orange coloured with a small off white head.
Sweet aroma of caramel and malts.
Slightly acidic flavour with lots of malts and hops. Dry bitter finish.
Nice, but not the best pale ale I’ve had. anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 3, 2006
Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Flowery hoppy aroma. Malty hoppy flavor. Dry malty hoppy aftertaste.

Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is flowery and fruity hops along with some earth. Flavour is fruity and earthy and shows some nutty hints. Not very exciting. omhper (25753) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 26, 2005
Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber. Aroma of stable and grapefruit. Very dry with clean, hard mouthfeel. The hops dominates this nicely aromatic beer, giving it a resiny bitter finish. The malt character however suffers. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2005
(n tap) Clear amber colour with a small, creamy head. Lovely floral nose. Quite light-bodied, with a flavour completely dominated by the aroma hops. Nicely aromatic with the hops also leaving a solid dose of bitterness. 280605 chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 28, 2006
On tap at the Brewpub. Like the other beers I tried from Brewpub Kobenhavn, this was a solid, but unspectacular offering. Dark gold colour. Powerful flowery and grapefruit hop aroma. More of the same on the palate, but rather more restrained. Clean, crisp finish. I could drink plenty of this, albeit there’s nothing to really rave about.

Beautiful amber color. It has a strong grainy aroma. Caramel flavor, malt and cereals; strong bitterness. A good beer but nothing special.

Cloudy amber color. Very nice hoppy, Cascade aroma. Reasonable body structure, malty, with a very strong hopping; long and aromatic final, not enough malty.
