Draught @ the brewpub: Light amber colour. Unclear. Dense, deliciously creamy beige head. Flowers, hops and light chocolate notes in the aroma. Liqourice, hops, herbs and spices in the flavour. Has light fruity flavournotes. Quite full bodied. Is crisp and refreshing. Ends on a heavy bitter note balanced by a light fruity sweetness. This is really a beer, I would love to drink as a sessionbeer. Great stuff. deyholla (11718) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 24, 2009
I really enjoyed this IPA! Had a great aroma of hops. Was a bit cloudy but solid beer. Belgo (154) - Køge, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2005
Pours copper/brownish with an OK but quickly disappearing head. The aroma is dominated by British hop varieties and a sweet malty note as well. The taste is again dominated by flowery hop flavours and some apricot/maltiness. Fair amount of good roasted cara-malts used I suppose. On the palate the beer has a sharp and firm hop attack.
The aftertaste is long, dry and bitter.
Nice one. Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2005
This was my second attempt of getting Brewpub-beer. Last week when I went there, all the beers were sold out, and they wouldn’t get any more untill the brewmaster turned up. Which unfortunately she didn’t do, while I was there. But this time I was lucky. Good sturdy head and a pleasantly looking amber/ copper color. Bitter and spiced flavor. Palate is dry but a bit sweet as well. Quite interesting IPA, but not mindblowing. fiulijn (20604) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 17, 2005

Beautiful amber color. It has a strong grainy aroma. Caramel flavor, malt and cereals; strong bitterness. A good beer but nothing special.

Cloudy amber color. Very nice hoppy, Cascade aroma. Reasonable body structure, malty, with a very strong hopping; long and aromatic final, not enough malty.
Tap. Pours a hazy orange, small head that becomes a thin film round the edges of the glass. Sweet fruity hops aroma with a touch of oranges. Mouthfeel is round and creamy. Some flowers in flavour and a fruity edge at the end. Nice balance. Furseth (2165) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - MAY 18, 2007
on tap at the Köbenhavnske öldager 2007.
Hazy red colour, nice creamy head. Aroma of citric, flowery, fruity, and anice hopy finish.Thin to medium body, som watery mouth felinghere, but enyway nice. Medium fruity/hopy/sweeet finish. Nice mix in the end here. cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUN 4, 2008
