On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Fruity nose with a strange, almost vegetables-like touch. Quite fruity and citrusy in the mouth. Clear light to medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roasted notes, light to moderate hoppy, grapefruit, orange, spicy - anis, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (280808)

Half, draught at the brewpub. Filmy layer over an amber-tan body with a slight haze. Grassy hops to the nose followed by a taste of sweet malts, fruity caramel and an underlying yeasty touch. On draught at the Brewpub Kopenhaven 12-09-08. Pours light amber, surprisngly quite bitter not at first but then I get some loose citrussy flavours in the cheek pouches, its a touch sour, its just ok.
