UPDATED: MAY 7, 2006 The scores goes for the first version of this beer known as 4 Non Blonde: A hazy dark orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is lightly spicy and fruity with notes of coriander, oranges, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with a good rather fresh fruityness including notes of peaches and oranges, but also rather spicy which gives it a dryness, and with a caramel note lying in the background. I also find a hint of banana, that gives me associations of a weizenbock.joergen (28949) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2006
The second version of this beer was called Été and had a slight twist to the recipe of the first version: A muddy brown beer (which reminds me somewhat of a Fantome beer I had once) underneath a thin beige head. The aroma is very light with hints of yeast and fruit. The flavor is very yeasty and very fruity, but also has hints of vegetables. [6/2/6/3/12]
Draught at the brewpub.
Hazy range coloured with a medium sized off white head.
Fruity aroma with spicy and yeasty notes.
Flavour of fruits, overriped fruits, brewpub-yast and spices.
Light bitter finish.
The brewpub-yeast is too dominating ! omhper (25541) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 22, 2006
[Draught at Københavnske Øldage] Amber colour, no head. Sweet with notes of buckwheat and flowers. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. More easy going than interesting. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2006
(On tap) Comes as "Brewpub Été". Slightly hazy, dark amber with a very pretty, creamy almost nitrogen-like, off-white head leaving a very handsome lacework. Good, full body, dominated by malt and a distinct, underlying sweetness. Appears to contain some sort of spice, but I cannot detect which. Pleasant, easy drinking without any real thrills. 010506 fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 17, 2006

Hazy amber color. Delicate nice hop aroma (similar to Saaz). Some malt taste, but too simple.
Draught, as Brewpub Été. Muddy dark orange colour with yeast threads swirling around. Small creamy light brown head. Sour aroma. The flavour is also sour. Not undrinkable, but might be off. Christian (13769) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2006
Cloudy golden beer, small white head. Weak banana wheat aroma. Mellow, light sweet flavour. deyholla (12021) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 24, 2009
Hazy color with minimal carbonation. Not bad flavor, feel it could have used some fruit. Not bad not great. madsberg (11774) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAR 24, 2006
Draught @ the brewpub: Light golden coloured. Unclear. Off white medium sized head. Yeast, sweetness, some fruits and a light spicein the nose. Flavour of light banana, light spice, yeast and light fruit. Is medium bodied. Quite intriguing spicy fruityness in the end. Nice one. gnoff (10793) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 31, 2006
