Ungstrup (38238) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 20, 2007
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with a good deal of citrusy hop notes as well as yeast and a llight diacethyl fruity note and faint notes of butter. The flavor is sweet with diacethyl notes of fruit as well as yeast and hops - but a somewhat odd hop mixture giving it dusty and citrusy notes. The body is light - lack of residual sugars?

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2007
(On tap) Almost clear, pale amber golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Malty nose with a somewhat nutty touch. Medium body with a nice balance between lightly sweet caramel malt and a fairly dry and bitter hoppiness. Decent all right. 160607
