Light unclear medium red orange amber color with a average to large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, raisin, plum, moderate to light heavy hoppy, pine, orange, grass notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a small, off-white and dense creamy head. Sweet, breadish and cornish malty aroma. Distinct fruity hoppy too. Sweet, sharp and hoppy flavoured. Light dextrose like base flavour. Solid and sharp hoppy and bitter finish. Almost throat burning. Ungstrup (37585) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2009
Draft. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of sweet malt combined with notes of caramel and alcohol, very subdued hops. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of malt and caramel, but also lighter notes of phenols, yeast, spices, and a bit of hops. The alcohol tickles and warms the tongue. I’d like to try it aged. joergen (28142) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2009

Hazy ambery copper colour, small beige head. Aroma is bready and quite hoppy along with some spruce and mild alcohol. Warming up also some wooden notes. Flavour is very mellow fruity and flowery hops mixed with bigtime grass and some alcohol. ild sweetish maltyness.
On tap. Pours a hazy deep amber golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of hops but also a somewhat chemical and synthetic edge. Full-bodied, caramel but again chemicals and chlorine and phenols. Lightly bitter finish. Not very good at all. 300609 fiulijn (20497) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 2, 2009

Cloudy amber color. The aroma shows some fruity American hop initially, later some sweet and mellow caramel. Medium body (I expect more at this gravity), maybe limited by a quite strong alcohol presence; caramel flavor, strong; strong bitterness too; too much vegetables touch in the end, and too much harsh bitterness (like burnt). Controversial.
Draught at Brewpub, Cph. Cloudy red/brown - white head. Licorica, sharpness, red berries, high malty, rubber, tobacco, resin, grass, bubblegum, caramel, roasted, syrup, light sulfor, sweetness, ok hoppy, light alcoholic burn, ryebread. Finishes with Alcho-throat-burn.... Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2009
Deep red copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma has biscuit and caramel malt notes, as well as citrus and grassy hops, and a vineous alcohol note. Sweet and rich biscuit malt flavour with lots of hops flavour and a strong and lasting bitter finish. Drinkable now, and felt like a beer with cellaring potential (if it wasn’t draught only)
