Draft. A red-chestnut brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, butter, yeast, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, butter, and malt, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. The butter note is a drawback. joergen (29625) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2010
Draught at the brewpub-
Clear red brown coloured with a small off white head.
Fruity aroma of yeast and hay with notes of smoke.
Fruity flavour of caramel, yeast and smoke with notes of spices and hops.
Tastes like a William Wallace with belgian yeast, at least this beer is a bad combination ! anders37 (27658) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2010

On tap. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with no head. Aroma of nuts and butter. Medium body, sweetish roasted malt, burned caramel and nuts - and also in this one an unmistinkingly smoky note AND butter. Discreet bitterness in the finish. Draught at the brewpub; once more, I think that the cool (?) guy behind the counter inverted the beers; why do they like to switch the glasses if they can’t make 1+1?Dedollewaitor (16545) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2010
Brown color, hazy. The aroma is lightly vinous; also feet (the yeast). Undercabonated (not necessarily bad), lightly yeasty, with some caramel flavor and light roasted malt too; tendentially low bitterness. Boring and imprecise.
Tap @ Brewpub. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Nose is hops and a bit of butter. Fruity, some citrus, rubber and smoke. Low carbonation. Medium bodied. Very odd attempt to brew a Belgian Ale. Theis (15150) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2010
Draught at Brewpub, Copenhagen. Clear dark brown - no head. Diacetyl -> strong aroma, light taste of diacetyl, roasted, ryebread, nutty, spicy notes, light smokey, yeasty notes, berries, fruity. Far too much diacetyl. Rune (13770) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2010
300ml draught at the brewpub. Served at a fine drinking temperature. Unclear, orange-brown in body colour. Beige bubbles and fragile lacing on the glass. Faint aroma of smoked malts. Peaty malts in flavour slowly taken over by tart fruits. Hints of yeast and spices. Medium bodied (Copenhagen 25.03.2010).
