brewpub. A layer of tan bubbles, over a muddy, dark reddish brown body. Light vinegar-scented. Some ashy malts and faint apple fruity aroma. Medium sweet, slight sour malt flavor with a very mild berry sourness beneath. Easy on the palate. Softly carbonated, almost flat. Mellow malt finish. I really enjoyed the Oud Bruin vinegary sourness in this one, otherwise a bit thin and bland.
300ml draught at the brewpub. Served at a fine drinking temperature. Unclear, orange-brown in body colour. Beige bubbles and fragile lacing on the glass. Faint aroma of smoked malts. Peaty malts in flavour slowly taken over by tart fruits. Hints of yeast and spices. Medium bodied (Copenhagen 25.03.2010). Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2010
On tap. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with no head. Aroma of nuts and butter. Medium body, sweetish roasted malt, burned caramel and nuts - and also in this one an unmistinkingly smoky note AND butter. Discreet bitterness in the finish. Draught. High creamy and lasting light brown head. Clear dark brown body. Malty caramel butter nut aroma. Slightly sour malt caramel with a touch of liquorice flavor with light carbonation and a strange bitterness. Long aftertaste.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Nose is hops and a bit of butter. Fruity, some citrus, rubber and smoke. Low carbonation. Medium bodied. Very odd attempt to brew a Belgian Ale. fonefan (50690) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAR 23, 2010

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light roasted bitter with a average to long duration, butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Draft @ Brewpub. Spare display of bubbly head. Light brown reddish color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma of mild yeast, fruity, malt, caramel. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor. Light fruity sweet finish. faroeviking (11119) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - MAR 5, 2010
Draught. Unclear deep red-brown colour, hardly any head. Mild aroma of dark fruits, roasted caramel, dark malt, bit of barn and dark fruit. Quite thin mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with dark malts, roasted caramel, light smoke, some dark fruit. Strange and bit dull. Hmmm one of those " "we have too much left of another beer/seasonal beer... lets just mix it up with other stuff and voila a new beer".. ..? ...? Draft. A red-chestnut brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, butter, yeast, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, butter, and malt, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. The butter note is a drawback.
