thewolf (12744) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 16, 2008
Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours lightly hazy golden with a pretty, creamy white head. Okay lacing. Sweet aroma, subdued banana and light apples. Very high carbonation. Flavour is sweet as well, light apple, banana, wheat and wine gums. Some vanilla and oranges. Fresh, but too high carbonation and perhaps a bit too much alcohol.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 27, 2008
(On tap) Clear golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Fresh aroma of fruit and a little floweryness. Medium body, distinctly sweet pale malt and fruit. Yet a surprisingly hoppy finish that balances things out pretty well. A very decent and quenching spring refresher. Presumably a crossover beer between a Belgian Blonde and a Wit. 260408

Skinnyviking (9670) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 30, 2008
Draught. High and lasting creamy white head. Hazy slightly golden body. Mild, fruity and sweet barley malt aroma. Soft feeling and yet relatively hoppy flavor with low carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste.

3.2
Grovlam (4252) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2008
Draught @ Brewpub. Average fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a golden color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of nice smooth hops, sweet flower, citrus and a bit of grain. Over the palate came apricot and peach. Also some fruity notes with light citrus and underlying caramel notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry smooth texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor that was well balanced. Liquorish like sweet and light hoppy bitter dry finish. Quit enjoyable I thought.

Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. A golden beer with a white head. Sweet malty, fruity and grassy aroma and taste. Medium body with a dry finish.

3.2
larsga (7625) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 13, 2008
Small white head. Slightly hazy pale yellow body. Fruity stale banana aroma. Dry-sweet mealy yeasty fruity banana taste with honeyish notes. Dry mealy fruity aftertaste, kind of faint. Light, drinkable. I’m probably meant to say it’s seductive, but it isn’t really, just nice. (0.1l draft at the brewpub.)

Ungstrup (38242) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 19, 2008
Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet with light spicy notes - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet and rather spice with notes of coriander and lavender being strongest, but also with fruity notes of banana and notes of wheat malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. A somewhat odd wheat clone, malted wheat and wit yeast - fermented warm.

2.9
joergen (28949) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 17, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Perfumed aroma of citrus, fruits, yeat abd spices. Spicy flavour of fruits and yeast with notes of hoips. Yeasty and hoppy finish. A bit watery.

2.9
faroeviking (11091) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - APR 20, 2008
Draught. Hazy golden colour. Fruity biy spiced aroma. The flavour has some yeast along with some spices, wheat and fruits. Good sweet fruitish wheaty finish.

2.9
KimJohansen (10511) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2008
Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and hoppy notes. Flavor likewise with a hoppy end.
