stouby (4653) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JUN 22, 2010
Draught at Brewpub.
Orange with an off-white head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel), moderate to heavy malty (fresh, floral), long. Medium to full body. An OK IPA, not sour like most of their other ales. Nickls (2524) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAY 5, 2010
(Old BA rate - tap)
Poured with a great creamier looking slightly off-white head and was a darker copper color and hazy. Mild earthy and grassy hop aromas, with some fresh bake biscuit aromas. Great hop bitterness up front with the straw and tea-like earthly hop flavors. Very dry in the finish, but had a favorable malt back. Some off sour flavors that detract from the overall taste . A touch creamy with very muted carbonation. Would have been a whole lot better drinking had it not been for the sour flavors that were in the taste. Just a bit off

gyllenbock (9100) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 2, 2009
On tap at the Brewpub in Copenhagen.
Copper color with a small beige foam that disappeared quickly. Aroma of malt, nuts, citrus and some weak hints of smoke.
The taste was nothing special, not so fresh in terms of citrus and tropical fruits that I had hoped for. Clearly this was a British IPA. The bitterness was mild, also some yeast in the taste. A lot of nuts inte aftertaste. A bit watery and boring. deyholla (11503) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 26, 2009
Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma had pine and citrus hops with a sweet earthy undertone. Flavor was similar to that of the aroma with quite a bitter finish. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 12, 2009
Cask Conditioned at the brewpub, 6-3-6-3-10=28SDbruboy (1864) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 24, 2009
Hazy deep blond color; persistent head. Some aroma of apples skins, glue, yeast. The flavor is simple, some malt, yeast, sweeter than the keg. Correct bitterness. Too much yeast. Dusty. Flawed.
Draught at the brewpub, 5-3-5-2-9=24
Hazy deep blond color; small head. Almost no aroma, a bit yeasty. Poor flavor, little carbonation. Correct bitterness. Simple.
On cask at BP Kobenhavn. Pours copper color with slight haze and a creamy beige head that leaves lots of lace. Earthy herbal hop aromas, overripe summer fruits, nicely balanced with light floral notes. Rich biscuity malts, crisp floral hops with a bit of citrus peel, toffee and grass, but slightly muddy overall. Smooth and full on the tongue, with spritely tingly carbonation. petermadsen (390) - Vesterbronxxx, DENMARK - FEB 18, 2009
According to the description, this is an english ipa. Aroma plesantly hoppy with notes of brewpub yeast and caramel. The flavour is moderately hoppy with some fruity esters playing along. Not that bitter and a bit odd palate. But still quite drinkable
