Hazy ruby-dark amber color. Light aroma of milk chocolate. Some malt, caramel, chocolate taste; the final is drier (the yeast or the maturation?). Unfinished, as well as other beers here.
Draught at the brewpub. Clear brown colour with a nice head. Aroma of malt and hints of liquoirice. Also malty flavour and hints liquoirice with a little noteable of hops. Very low carbonation. Ends up with a little bitter finish.

(On tap) Clear, reddish brown with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. A slightly tart malt note in the aroma. Medium-bodied with sweetish, roasted malt and some notes of nuts. On tap. Reddish brown with a medium sized off-white head. Very very wellbalanced. Malty and slightly sweet. Notes of berries and caramel. Fruity and spicy. Bitter hoppy finish. Very nice.
