On tap. Clear, warm amber golden with an off-white head. Lightly sweet and spicy aroma with plenty of malt roastiness. Medium body, sweet roasted malts and a light smoky note. Subdued bitterness. 131208

Draught at the brewpub. Danish rating number 1400. Clear deep amber-red colour with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of toasted malt with some spice and mild dark fruits. Good mouthfeel. teh flavour has toasted malt with caramel, some spice and a mild bitterness.

Draught. Low and quickly disappearing off-white head. Hazy very dark red brown body. Caramel raisin plum aroma. Coriander dominated caramel raisin flavor without much hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Metallic notes.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear orange red coloured with a medium sized off white head. Sweet aroma of caramel with notes of rye bread and butterscotsch. Sweet and malty flavour of caramel and butterscotsch with notes of christmas spices and hops. Hoppy finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Butterish and malty aroma. Mild caramelish and sweet flavoured with a light bitterness coming through. Quite subdued on the butterish note. Light fruity accent. Sweet malty and a mix of bread and caramel into the finish.
