White and persistent foam. The aroma is tangy with hints of fresh grass and citrus. My first encounter with a Berliner Weisse happened at Brewpub in Copenhagen, and I meet a full-bodied wheat beer with a slightly fruity nuance (watermelon?).
In addition, it has a slightly "musty" sensation (Brettanomyces?) Which gives it a different density which acts both thirst-quenching and fresh as a whole, while the general appearance is enhanced by low hops. A lively and vibrant ale. Delicate and delicious, and a wheat beer with character. wkalle (263) - SWEDEN - OCT 11, 2010
Draft on Brewpub. Pours golden hazy with large white head. Citrus and banana in aroma and flavor. Fresh dry finish. A bit watery though. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 24, 2010
On tap at the brewpub 8/29/09: Transparent deep golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Nice sweet wheaty nose has notes of banana and clove. Starts with pretty good fullness for the style and sweet sugary banana flavor and light clove spice before a drier crisp finish. More of a hefeweizen than a Berliner weisse, but a decent beer nonetheless. anders37 (27588) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 24, 2009
Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheaty citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheaty citrus finish with some tart hints in the aftertaste. cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - SEP 9, 2009
Little bit too much like a weiss. Not like a berliner weisse, little sour, else banana and coriander. Sweet.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a small head. Hoppy aroma, hints of banana. Spiced flavours, clove and coriander, balanced by banana. Fizzy, good body. A decent enough weizen (but not a Berliner weisse despite some citric notes). Christian (13927) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2009
Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Strong grainy malt aroma with lots of fruit and a little spice. Sweet and malty flavour with fruity notes. Faint hint of tartness at the end. A tasty summer quencher, just don’t expect a Berliner Weisse. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2009
On tap. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of fruit and some yeast. Medium body, butter, phenols, sweet fruit and yeast. Very subdued bitterness and absolutely no tartness but yeast and phenols and a fusty edge Appears mostly like a Hefe gone bad and not like a Berliner Weisse at all - sorry. 110809 Grovlam (4257) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2009
Brewpub draught. Sommer weisen. Average fin white head. Mostly lasting. Fair lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Citrus, wheat, yeast, fruit, mild milky like notes as well. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Light sweet, hint of acidic. Skinnyviking (9767) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 5, 2009
Draught. High and lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy milky yellow thick looking body. Powerful banana oranges and a touch of lemon both in aroma and flavor. Wonder if it is made that bitter intentionally. High carbonation. Long aftertaste.
