Fad: Lysegul klassisk udseende wit.
Draught at the brewpub, on July 10, 2009CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 24, 2010
Cloudy yellow color, white head. Fresh, malty, banana, a bit spicy scent. Fresh, light acidic, malty, banana taste. Dry aftertaste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel. Low bitterness.
On tap at the brewpub 8/29/09: Transparent deep golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Nice sweet wheaty nose has notes of banana and clove. Starts with pretty good fullness for the style and sweet sugary banana flavor and light clove spice before a drier crisp finish. More of a hefeweizen than a Berliner weisse, but a decent beer nonetheless. wkalle (263) - SWEDEN - OCT 11, 2010
Draft on Brewpub. Pours golden hazy with large white head. Citrus and banana in aroma and flavor. Fresh dry finish. A bit watery though. TorbenJensen (1534) - Valby, DENMARK - JUL 17, 2015
White and persistent foam. The aroma is tangy with hints of fresh grass and citrus. My first encounter with a Berliner Weisse happened at Brewpub in Copenhagen, and I meet a full-bodied wheat beer with a slightly fruity nuance (watermelon?).
In addition, it has a slightly "musty" sensation (Brettanomyces?) Which gives it a different density which acts both thirst-quenching and fresh as a whole, while the general appearance is enhanced by low hops. A lively and vibrant ale. Delicate and delicious, and a wheat beer with character.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vague milky and fresh estery and wheaty. Light milky and acidic flavoured, light spiced and smooth estery. Dry wheaty note swept though. Mild acidic and dry spiced finish. Slowly building fruity impression in the far finish. Im lacking the originals tartness in this one. Draught at Brewpub. Cloudy yellow - white head. Fruity, orange, wheaty, light sourish, wheaty, herbal, light hoppy, light yeasty, apples, soapy, sulphor, freshness. OK Summerbeer !!! thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2009
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a small head. Hoppy aroma, hints of banana. Spiced flavours, clove and coriander, balanced by banana. Fizzy, good body. A decent enough weizen (but not a Berliner weisse despite some citric notes). Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2009
Draft at the brewpub. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and fruit as well as a light note of yoghurt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat as well as notes of fruits and yoghurt, leading to a dry wheaty finish with a hint of sourness. Quite refreshing. Draught. High and lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy milky yellow thick looking body. Powerful banana oranges and a touch of lemon both in aroma and flavor. Wonder if it is made that bitter intentionally. High carbonation. Long aftertaste.
