UPDATED: JUN 2, 2009 From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a little white and slight crispy head. Sweet caramel aroma with orange fruity and spiced notes. Soft mouthfeel. Distinct hoppyness with a whiff of spices. The spices take over gradually into the finish. There is a soft malt sweetness beneath. Ends with bit of yeast. Quite nice and power/flavourfull triple. Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin dense light tan head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of fruit - primarily peaches, yeast, and spices - primarily coriander, as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit - both peaches and apples, combined with spicy notes of cinnamon and coriander, as well as lighter notes of yeast. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the cheeks and on the tongue. joergen (28102) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 30, 2009

Hazy blond color. A quite simplistic strong Ale, with some orange fruitness and spicy character, even a hint of manure; but , tasted twice within a week, it shows some infection spreading into it…
