COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewpub Københavns answer to a bavarian wheatbeer is an unfiltered Hefeweissen, which due to high content of proteins in the wheatmalt appears very unclear in the glass. VesterWeisse has distinct notes of cloves and banana, has a dense head and is a refreshing thirstquencher on a warm summerday in the courtyard. This is a good beer for lunch or lighter dinner.

Draught at brewpub. Very light clear looking weisse beer with very little flavor overall.

At the source: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is light banana and spice. Super easy to drink. Lightly sweet. Perhaps more thin than it should be. Not bad.

Draft at the Brewpub København, Copenhagen, Denmark. Hazy yellow color with a small white head. Yeast, wheat, some sweetness and lemon in the aroma. The flavor is wheat, sugar and yeast. Watery. Sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Look; off white head, hazy deep golden orange body, plingy lacing. Aroma; roasted sweet malts, oranges, caramel, very fresh n inviting scents – really seems to be a good lunch beer. Taste; citrus, roasted sweet malts, mandarin, caramel, brown bread n wort, and finishes malty citrusy, very good. Palate; good body, normal to fresh carbonation, good feel. Overall; supertasty lightroasted weizen. Genious, I could almost say. Recommended lunch beer, and I think better than in the years before. Tasted @Brewpub Copenhagen downtown of course.

Beer with clear notes of clove and banana. Lovely mellow flavor and long aftertaste of citrus and orange peel. It was enjoyed at Brewpub for a starter with hops smoked salmon with smoked cheese cream, and I can hardly point to a type of beer that could be better than this. Unfortunately, the carbonated is a little low, and there are many better Bavarian hefeweis.

Draught @ the brewpub. A clean weisse with notes of banana and coriander. Good, soft texture.
