COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American blonde is inspired by modern American IPA’s and is brewed using the distinctive American citra hops. It has crisp bitterness but is balanced with a rich malt character and a citrus fruit nose.

Cask in the brewpub. Pours blond with a white head. Unpromising aroma for an APA. The taste has a little pineapple and a hint of caramel in the background, but this is thin and lacks flavour. No where near hoppy enough.

Gravity Dispense at Merchants Inn Beer Festival, Rugby - 31/10/12. Hazy pale blonde with a thin off white head that clears to a pond. Pale malts, light fruit, orchard/apple aroma. Tastes of light toffee, tangy fruit tones, a little hops and caramel malt. Medium bodied with soft carbonation lending towards a bitter finish.
