Pours a hazy yellow colour with big white foam that leaves tons of lace all up the glass. Aroma is zesty citrus, fruity esters, floral, and some spicy peppery phenols. Flavour is peppery, zesty, mildly bitter orange, and some light tart sourness. reebtogi (6341) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2011
Pint on tap at Oliver Square location poured hazy orange color with foamy white head that slowly settled to some fine lacing. Aromas of grainy malt, citrus fruits and yeast. Taste is slightly sour with some citrus and yeast and a peppery spice and hop finish. Could be the best beer Brewsters has made to date. Very refreshing with nice body and carbonation. barncatmatt (2287) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 27, 2010
500ml bottle form a trade with maltybones. pours muddy light orange with a small white head. dirty yeasty yeast nose, quite muddled, not terrible. similar muddled flavour. doesnt seem like an authentic saison strain was used. finishable. Favourble pours seem to be becoming the norm around here. Orangy brew with a nice white crown and a bit of spotty lacing. Pineapple and yeast greet my nose, sweet oranges, faint lemon and a bit of spice - pretty impassive I’d say for Brewsters. There may even be a touch of funk. What is this flavor???? I don’t believe it - this beer is way off the board from the recipies I’m used to here. Very good flavor! Pineapple, funk, tartness (lots!), sour citrus with a mild pepper snap. Goes back great with lingering sourness and citrus tartness. Damn refreshing. Easily the best Brewsters beer I’ve had. patricks110 (2548) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 11, 2009
I love this beer. Had on tap at the 11th Avenue Calgary location. Pour of orange cloudy beige with a fluffy white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, banana. Taste is slightly coriander with hints of apple, banana and tropical fruits. Some lacing and a clean finish. Very similar to a hefe. Pretty darn good beer overall.

YEAH! Brewsters bottle their seasonals in Calgary now! This poured a cloudy orangy-yellow with a puffy white head. No lace. Bubblegum banana spice aroma. Heavier on the spice. As it settles more fruit comes forward with fresh pineapple coming to mind. Yeasty and fruity and very estery. I agree with Presario that this is a split personality beer but I find that the character falls more heavily on the hefe side of things. Still a well made brew for sure! presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 23, 2008
On tap. Cloudy dark yellow, almost orange, with a thin white head. Dirty funky scent with lots of fruit. Light drinkable Saison, almost too clean. Chalky character and finish. Half a Hefe, half a Saison.
