Appearance: Medium dull brass. Finger of tiny white bubbles. Nose: Lighter malt. Crisp herbal hop bitters. Touch metallic. Taste: Clean and crisp lighter malt with herbal bitters. Body: Thinner with lively carbonation Parting thoughts: From the bargain bin, this beer was a pleasant surprise.

Can from the brewery. Clear and bright straw gold with a thick and creamy white head. Aroma and flavour are both on style for a German pils - clean grainy malt, grassy hops with a lemony note in the finish. A touch too sweet on the front of the palate, perhaps, but dries out well in the finish. Nice mouthfeel as well, medium weight and properly crisp. Quite well done.

2016-12-28. Yellow body, nice white head and lace. Aroma of floral hops, mild cereal grains. Flavour is similar, lightly grainy pale malt core. Moderately sweet, light bitterness in the finish. Average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation. Just okay. 6/3/6/3/12 Can from LCBO, Toronto.

Tasting at Ferris’, can
Blond color, small head. Cereally malt aroma. The malt flavor has too much cereals and straws; correct bitterness, lightly herbaceous.
Clean, simple.

BytownJon (62) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 24, 2015
Bottle: Medium gold, with minimal head. Aroma is sweet corn and hay like a macro product. Faint hops hidden in there. Slightly better taste than appearance. Smooth creamy malt, almost like apple juice but not sweet and basic hop bite at end is present. Could use more complex malts but guessing for a corn macro it is decent. Bitterness end lingers. Decent for the price but in conflicting markets.

Was not disappointed with this brew. Goes down smooth with little aftertaste. The hops are present, but not overpowering. Will purchase again, but not on a regular basis. MB

It pours a light golden color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is of light grass and fruits. Taste is a light fruit and malt sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation.
