Draft at Pies & Pints Charleston. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of light white pepper and hay. Taste is clean and crisp grassy straw. OK. TylerGreenDC (991) - - JUL 7, 2014
On draft. Aroma of lemon and a bit of fresh-cut grass. Flavor is of citrus, mostly lemon, with some floral hop flavor. Finishes with a little bit of chalkiness, and in a way that kind of lifts the beer’s flavor off of my tongue. Good. ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Aroma of light honey, cereal, light herbal hops. Appearance is gold with nice clarity and a sticky white head. Flavor of cereal, grains with an herbal, dry body; the finish is slightly (and surprisingly) sweet. Palate is medium, slick and average. Average for me.

Draft at Pies & Pints Fayetteville. Pours a clear dark golden color with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malts, floral and grassy hops, stone fruits. The taste is doughy malts, floral and grassy hops. Medium bodied, mild sweetness. Decent. thechandler (593) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - OCT 19, 2012
On tap at Pies and Pints in Charleston. Pours an orange-copper. Aroma is light and "crisp". Flavor has essence of both malt and hops, but more bitter from the hops than actual flavor. Doesnt really taste like a Kolsch. Tastes stronger than 4.4% too. JStax (6919) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 17, 2012
Pours on draft at pies and pints. Pale yellow to gold color with a nice white head of foam. The aroma is a little sweet and fruity. Taste is grassy and a little bitter with a nice bready finish. Nice, well carbonated mouthfeel. The bready notes in the finish make this beer quite nice. weihenweizen (3903) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - AUG 20, 2011
On tap at Pies and Pints. Pours golden with small white head that dissapates quickly. Well carbonated, good lacing, and medium body. Taste is light floral malt and hint of crisp hops in the finish. Very refreshing for a summer day. Best Kolsch I have had, I would not be surprized if this one gets in the top ten for the style.
