Note: tasted at about the same age as I tasted the Nøgne / Bridge Road (version brewed at Nøgne), which I thought was amazing.
Clear deep blond beer, big crackling white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel when opening the bottle, then orange flavoured effervescent vitamin tablets, spices, hint of coriander, orange peel, citrus fruits, bit dusty, some alcohol, bit of hay. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: dry spicy start, orange peel, pretty bitter, grassy, floral touch, fruity notes, little sourish, is it a touch of bretta in here? Aftertaste: citrus, little fruity, bitter hops, some alcohol, grassy, spices, coriander, orange peel, little bit of sweet malts, lemony, bitter ending. Maybe my expectations were pretty damn high because of the Nogne version, but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed, despite the fact that this is a solid beer.
Draught. No head. Clear brown body. Fruity honey caramel aroma. Fruity honey caramel flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Alcohol level just right. daniele (9660) - ITALY - DEC 31, 2012

500 ml from Shenanigan’s Wine and Spirits. Big carbonation. Nice hoppy aroma (Citra?). Dry saison body. Lemon and some tart. This is a pretty interesting mix of IPA/saison. Would go well on a hot day. Very nice. laiti (8513) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 1, 2015
33 cl bottle @ hotel room, San Diego. Bottled 1.4.2015. Aroma has grassy hops and funky yeasty notes. Also urinal. Flavour has biscuits, cereal, urinal tones, grassy and grapefruity hops. Unusual, more sweet than Nøgne version. Sigmund (7916) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 30, 2013
330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy golden colour, huge white head. Lovely fruity and mildly peppery aroma of saison yeast and hops. The flavour is medium sweet, distinctly spicy / peppery and hoppy with some fruity notes. High drinkability, very enjoyable.
