On tap at mrs Parma’s , pours cloudy with a white head receding, the aroma is awesome, summer fruits meet spice and freshly swan pine. On the tongue, it’s a bit cold as served and the cellar an here seems to have all of the beers carbonated the same way, it’s bright, medium carb, some sweet malt but mostly hoppy goodness and subtle spice. Finish is dry out satisfyingly, just like a saison should. HenryXXX (205) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 28, 2012
Pours a hazy straw color. The nose has honey dew, cantelope, apple skin, grapes, and dusted with lite hops. The nose scream summer. The pallet is super lite and crisp, with a little yeast followed by an astringent grape, honey dew, cantelope and finishes with a slight hoppy bitterness.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dishwater gold with a foamy 3 finger white head. Aroma is citrus and light pitted fruit with a little earthiness. Med body more or less. Flavor is astringent and earthy with citrus and fruit. It’s passing great and has a deal of hop bitter. Just brilliant ale.

Keg at Brewdog. Hazy yellow with a full white head. Aroma of Funky yeast and brett. Flavour is spicy, yeasty with lemon and grapefruit and a sharp bitterness. A lovely saison. daje (4436) - NORWAY - MAR 5, 2013
Bottle at Crowbar, january 8th 2013. It’s way too long since I had Nøgnes version so I wont try to make out the differences. Should have had them together of course. hazy yellow body, sparkling, with a huge white thick head. Aroma is really fresh, lemon, spicy saison yeast, pears, orange. taste of oranges first and foremost, joined by peach, pepper, delicious yeast note. Bitterness comes slowly, cooperating good with the yeast, making a nice spicy aftertaste of clove, peppers and tropical fruits. A very good beer this is.

330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy golden colour, huge white head. Lovely fruity and mildly peppery aroma of saison yeast and hops. The flavour is medium sweet, distinctly spicy / peppery and hoppy with some fruity notes. High drinkability, very enjoyable. floydian1 (1464) - FNQ, Australia, - JUN 7, 2013
330ml bottle at home. Appears hazy straw yellow in the glass with a large pillowy dense white head. Aroma has earthy yeasts, straw, peppers, tangerines and apricots. Taste is quite sweet and fruity at first before a soft spiciness and dry hop bitterness takes over. Medium bodied with a slick texture and high drinkability. It is sweeter and fruitier than a Saison Dupont. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAR 19, 2014
Pretty unique brew with a 14 karat body sporting a tightly packed ivory cap. Nice citrus and tropical fruit notes, clean and crisp green leafy qualities, and even a slightly sourdough, earthy, cheesy addition. Refreshing and well crafted. Boekanier (57) - NETHERLANDS - APR 25, 2014
Appearance: golden color, whote head with a moderate retention. Aroma: distinctive earthy saison aroma, fruity hoppy addition, citrusy. Taste: bittery sweet, bitter aftertaste. The bitterness is very moderate and balanced though. Palate: moderately to very dry, high attenuation typical for the saison style. Overall: a very nice beer, interesting taste and flavours, lives up to my expectancy. wvhoran (457) - Tasmania, - JUN 3, 2014
UPDATED: JUN 5, 2014 Bottle. Murky orange. Aroma is tropical fruity, citrus, yeasty. Lots of citrus and tart yeast flavours. Incredibly refreshing. More of a tart IPA.
