500ml bottle pours a hazy golden color with a finger and a half of white head that settles to reveal some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and yeast. Taste is a lemony tartness with some citrus bitterness and a light fruity and malty sweetness. Medium bodied with some good carbonation lending to a nice mouth feel. A very well done saison that would make any beer connoisseur proud. KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 22, 2013
Bottle at Schouskjelleren.
Splendid saison aroma. Fruity, yet dry. The dryness is perhaps a bit overwhelming, I’d like slightly more fruit and funk. But it’s a fine beer. abemorsten (3615) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAY 23, 2013
Small bottle at Cardinal. Hazy golden body with an inch thick frothy white head. Grassy, flowery gooseberry spicy saison yeast notes on the nose. Meaty, gooseberry hop juice in the mouth; still, more complex due to the yeast. Medium bodied. Nice spicy yeast notes opening up as it heats. Pretty good stuff. Quite soft in the mouth. Pours a golden colour with a huge belgian head. Aroma of coriander, herbs, pine, citrus and passionfruit. Flavour is coriander, pine, candysugar and some citrus. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, I think the norwegian version is a bit better, but it’s definitly a good beer. StevieT (2013) - AUSTRALIA - APR 19, 2014
On tap at Super Whatnot. Quite an interesting beer, slight salty aftertaste with a smooth mouth feel and bitter yeast flavours. I liked it, don’t know if I could drink it all day but a beer well worth a try.

Pale, hazy yellow color, great froth head. Fruity aromas, orange, kiwi, grapes, apple and yeast, also a little funk - great, refreshing and promising.
Hops are grassy, very dry, while yeast adds a warm freshness to the beer. Beer turns bitter in the end, as the hops stay on the palate, while yeast is vanishing. Bitterness defines the long aftertaste. Still, as fruity as the beer promised to be, hop turns out to be grassy, a litte pine, goes along with bready malts. Decent complexity, due to the yeast and subtle malt backbone, warm freshness, and earthy bready notes. Mouthfeel is very dry, but pleasant, as the beer is well balanced. As the beer warms up, lime notes become detectable, which fit great into this beer. Hop bitterness kicks in like a razorblade, but gets immediately feathered by the yeast, putting the beer into balance. fourpack (68) - NORWAY - AUG 9, 2014
Wonderful orange haze. Long lasting white foam. Lovely orange aroma. Very hoppy. Slight bitterness. Great drink in the sun. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - JUL 2, 2015
Pours a medium golden color with two fingers of white foam. Nice aromas of tangerine, candied orange peel, mango and earthy peppered yeast. Palate follows with a dry rustic saison backbone, nice yeast profile, layers of tropical fruit forward hops, citrus, floral fieldgrass and a lingering bitterness draws out the finish. mansquito (6437) - Nueva York, New York, USA - JUL 20, 2015
New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle ($5.50): pours lightly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, yeast, some basement funk it seems, and maybe some perfume. Taste is light and refreshing. Nice hoppy tanginess. Dry finish. Dry finish and lightly hoppy aftertaste lingers for a bit. Hoppy yet delicate. I like it. Light citrus hop nose. Cloudy gold color. Smooth, pine snd lemon flavor with clean and tasty malts. Not a deep or complex saison character but nice. Very drinkable. Hops work nicely.
