UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 dark amber. Pine and citrus. Beige head one finger width, and a little rocky. Good lacing. For a high alcohol beer it is barely noticeable to the tongue, although the effects are there. Plenty of hops but not overwhelming like some of the big American IPAs. Need to be careful how many you have as this goes down way too easy. Slightly burnt aftertaste lingers on the palate and adds length to the overall palate. I could sink quite a few of these and regret it the next morning. Wow, what a kick! ANZUShophunter (724) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - DEC 26, 2017
From bottle in IPA glass. Pours a hazy burnt orange with solid 1-finger head that was well sustained. Fruity hop aroma with malt backbone that contributes some caramel sweetness against the bitterness. Nicke80 (858) - Södertälje, SWEDEN - DEC 18, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 tap at wishbeer bangkok. pours hazy golden with little head. fruity aroma with boozy citric taste. MrTipple (7282) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 10, 2017
Candied citrus and tropical fruits, mango, orange, sweet molasses, grain malts. Hazy brown, small, creamy, off-white head. Light sweet. More bittersweet, overripe tropical fruits, candied orange, mango, burnt molasses, bitter grain malts, smoked, burnt grains, soft carbonation, full bodied. Not really working, lacks balance, complexity and has many off flavours. Bottle from Purvis Cellars, Melbourne. RoJo28 (119) - - MAY 12, 2017
Solid amber taste with a hoppy but not too bitter finish. Attractive beer but head could be better. Drunk at home with dip and crackers

Aroma - toffee caramel passion fruit orange, citrusy notes. Very promising. So complex, the head not great but pretty good.
Appearance - dark amber cloudy with some carbonation.
Taste - sweetness a bit heavy, bitternesscones through after and balances it. Almost salty caramel feel... but with a bitter slsp in the end. This is outstanding beer, the only doenside is the alcohol and sweetness but they needed it to balance it out. Beer heaven for me, a hop bomb for sure! Tezminator (313) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 6, 2017
One of the better Aussie IPA’s. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit and caramel as well as very faint pine. Taste is caramel, pineapple and passion fruit. Some notes of pine and grapefruit coming through too. Proper bitter finish from the fresh hops. Very drinkable. Bunnerz (7) - Hamilton, AUSTRALIA - DEC 27, 2016 does not count
Strong after taste. Can really taste the 8.5%.
Enjoyed it. Had 3 beers. Wouldnt want anymore. Shark_Pants (781) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 19, 2016
330ml bottle, bottled 7 Oct 16. Hazy amber with nice beige head. Aromas of caramel, pineapple, tangerine citrus, passionfruit, pine, a little cattiness. Taste has a strong caramel and toasty malt backbone, with grapefruit, passionfruit, pine, mango, pineapple. Bitterness is a bit harsh, some alcohol evident. Medium bodied, acidic tang. Not bad but I much prefer a big hoppy IPA or DIPA without the harsh bitterness. Lonick (2537) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 6, 2016
Bottle @cgarvieuk. Speedway tasting (Dec 2015) [Rating Backlog] Pours amber, ever-so-slightly off white head. Nose is caramel, toffee, slight peach, sweet. Taste is more of the same, way too sweet for me even with the slightly bitter aftertaste.
